Is there a free trial?
Yes — every new workspace gets a 3-day Growth trial automatically when you finish onboarding. No card required. After the 3 days the workspace pauses until you pick a plan: continue on Growth (card), or switch to Starter and keep going.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes — upgrade, downgrade or cancel anytime from the Subscription tab. Cancelations stay active until the end of the current period.
How does Growth pricing work?
Growth is a flat R$ 99 / month per workspace, with unlimited users. No per-seat fee. We keep pricing simple so you don't need to forecast headcount.
What happens when my Starter workspace hits a quota?
Reads keep working. Writes that would exceed the limit (creating contact #1 001, sending email #201) are blocked until the cycle resets or you upgrade to Growth.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards via Stripe — Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Elo. PIX is on the roadmap for Brazilian customers.
Do you offer non-profit or startup discounts?
